I've spent my entire working career at Asana with the goal of helping teams work together and am particularly excited to help nonprofits achieve their goals. As a team lead, its my job to make sure that the team is delivering on our commitments across a number of different projects simultaneously. Asana is integral to my ability to do this. Features like project owners, milestones, and status updates help team members push key information to me so I don't need to constantly badger them with questions. While I primarily do this in the context of software development, I'm excited to help you coordinate with your team members on all different types of workflows!
