Consulting around modern/future of work, innovation, corporate culture, productivity, behavioural psychology and collaboration technology, I have worked in a range of technology companies and roles across Europe and Asia, and I love helping non-profits be more effective so they can have an even bigger impact on the world.

Born and raised in Denmark, I've been passionate about technology since I got my first computer when I was 10 and started dabbling in programming.

I've worked in the tech space for software vendors for 20+ years across Europe and Asia and have enjoyed working with non-profits along the way (both for work and outside work).

My focus and interest for the last many years has been collaboration and productivity tools, and in the last 5+ years I've worked for vendors in this space (earlier Dropbox, and now Asana). I am very passionate about how teams work and what makes them and individuals successful.
