Before working at Asana, I worked for technology companies with a focus on scaling operations by improving processes. I’m excited to help nonprofits with their Asana projects! In the past, I have worked with a variety of non-profit organisations in a professional and personal capacity. The lasting memory of all this has been how technology can profoundly impact day-to-day operations and ultimately long-term strategy execution. I feel fortunate to be in a position where I can use my experience in a way that will help organisations get access to new ways of working that will extend their reach and impact by using a tool like Asana.
My bachelor's degree is in Organisation Science and I have always had a personal interest in the art of continuous improvement. You can talk to me about scientific management all day long! But more importantly, I enjoy translating this into practical advice that can be implemented quickly.
I’m passionate in particular about non-profits focused on improving the quality of life in areas with challenging circumstances. Organisations that inspire me amongst others are War Child, International Committee of the Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières.
