Hi there! My name is Carmen and I'm a Finance Operations Lead at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana working on connecting the dots between different teams and projects, by building out clear project plans and keeping everyone aligned on what's most important. I personally love organizing work and am all about efficiency and effectiveness!

Prior to working at Asana, I worked at Dropbox and LinkedIn in similar operational and management roles. I'm passionate about developing people and teams and thrive in solving complex problems.

As an Asana Advisor I look forward to connecting with you and empowering you as an Asana user! I can help you with getting started in Asana, organize your tasks and projects in an effective manner and hopefully answer most of your questions. There's no right or wrong way in using Asana and I'm just looking forward to learning why you chose to use Asana and I'd be happy to share why I love the tool so much in my day-to-day.

I’m excited to help nonprofits with their Asana projects! I’m passionate about supporting any kind of charities that do good in this world. I personally serve as a Board Member at the Women's Building in San Francisco, a women-led community space that advocates self-determination, gender equality and social justice.

I'm also proud to have completed AIDS/LifeCycle, a seven day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles that raises awareness for reducing new HIV infections and improving the quality of life for people living with HIV/AIDS.
