Customer Success Enablement Manager, Asana
I'm a Customer Success Enablement Manager at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana working on enabling the Customer Success team to perform at their best, and focusing on the CS Onboarding Program. Prior to working at Asana, I
attended Northwestern University where I studied Communications and Global Health. I've worked in education and ed-tech with a focus on teaching and implementation/customer success. As an Asana Advisor I can help you with projects related to Asana best practices, getting started, onboarding, change management, or anything on your mind!
I’m thrilled to help support nonprofits by freeing up the chaos of doing work about work, and getting time back to focus on what really matters. I’m passionate about education equity, the environment, and diversity & inclusion.
Outside of work, I volunteer in under-resourced schools through a non-profit called Reading Partners, where I tutor students one-on-one who struggle with reading. When I taught first grade, teaching reading was my favorite subject, so I'm glad I can continue supporting students grow their literacy skills.
