Product Manager, Asana
I'm a Product Manager at Asana. I focus on content creation experiences and navigation in the product, working alongside designers and engineers. Prior to Asana I've been a product manager in tech for 8 years, and before that I was an economics journalist. As an Asana advisor I can help you with getting started with Asana, managing large projects, best practices and mapping your real world work to the world of Asana.
I'm a product manager at Asana where I focus on bringing clarity to how teams collaborate and get work done. Previously I have served on product teams tackling complex problems in sectors including transportation (Strava Metro), finance (Neighborly), community organizing (Spacehive) and emerging market media (Conde Nast). Prior to product management, I was an economics journalist at Bloomberg and the BBC in London. I hold a bachelor's degree from Oxford University and a master's degree from MIT.
In my spare time, I serve on the advisory board of Build Up, a non-profit I founded that combines new media and technology practices with peacebuilding and conflict resolution, and two San Francisco-based organizations, Youth Art Exchange and the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area.
