Hi there, my name is Holly, I am an Onboarding Consultant in London. I can help with Getting you started with Asana, importing new workflows or making use of additional features in Asana you might not know about!

I'm an Onboarding Consultant at Asana. I have spent the majority of my time at Asana working on/with Customers who are new to Asana looking to import their first workflows, or create efficiencies with workflows that already exist. Prior to working at Asana, I worked in Customer Success with a focus on IT Research.

As an Asana Advisor I can help you with projects related to Project Management (Kanban/Agile Boards), Marketing (Content calendars), HR (New Hires & Onboarding), IT (Work Intake Projects), Customer Success/Sales (Account Management).

As an Onboarding Consultant, I support our growing customer base by conducting time-bound 1:1 engagements for customers to help them adopt Asana in the most critical stages of their lifecycle. Leveraging Asana's change management strategy, project management skills, and deep product knowledge I consult with our customer base on how to best use Asana for their specific needs.

* Aim to deeply understand the Asana product as well as customers’ core workflows to provide customers guidance on the best way to use Asana for their specific processes and needs
* Partner with customers to help them navigate change management and drive adoption of Asana as a new way of working within their business
* Facilitate interactive, engaging sessions with customers to help them to derive value from Asana and how to best leverage the tool to serve their needs
* Lead virtual and onsite engagements through the Professional Services program
